## คำอธิบาย

DECIMAL ใช้แปลง “ข้อความตัวเลข” ที่อยู่ในฐานที่กำหนด (radix 2–36) ให้เป็นเลขฐาน 10 เหมาะเมื่อคุณได้รหัส/เลขฐานอื่นจากระบบภายนอก (เช่น Hex หรือ Binary) แล้วต้องการนำมาคำนวณต่อใน Excel
