COPILOT function ทำงานในเซลล์โดยตรง ผลลัพธ์เป็น formula ที่ recalculate ได้ ส่วน Copilot side panel เป็น chat interface ที่ช่วยเขียนสูตรหรือวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลแบบ interactive ครับ
ทำไมผลลัพธ์ไม่เหมือนกันทุกครั้งที่ recalculate?
เพราะ AI เป็น non-deterministic ครับ เหมือนเวลาเราถามคำถามเดิมกับคน คำตอบอาจต่างกันเล็กน้อยแต่ละครั้ง ถ้าต้องการผลลัพธ์คงที่ให้ Copy แล้ว Paste as Values ครับ
COPILOT เข้าถึงข้อมูลอะไรบ้าง?
COPILOT เข้าถึงได้เฉพาะข้อมูลที่คุณใส่ใน context arguments เท่านั้น ไม่สามารถเข้าถึงข้อมูลอื่นใน workbook, ระบบภายในองค์กร, หรือ internet ได้ และ Microsoft ยืนยันว่าข้อมูลจะไม่ถูกใช้ train AI model ครับ

COPILOT เป็นฟังก์ชันปฏิวัติวงการของ Excel เพราะเป็นครั้งแรกที่ Excel มีฟังก์ชันที่ใช้ AI ในการประมวลผลข้อมูลโดยตรงในเซลล์
ที่เจ๋งคือ COPILOT สามารถทำงานที่ซับซ้อนได้ เช่น สรุป feedback ลูกค้า จัดหมวดหมู่ข้อมูล สร้างคำอธิบายสินค้า หรือแม้แต่สร้างข้อมูลตัวอย่างให้เราได้ทันที โดยแค่พิมพ์คำสั่งเป็นภาษาธรรมชาติ
ส่วนตัวผมตื่นเต้นมากกับฟังก์ชันนี้ เพราะมันเปลี่ยนวิธีคิดเรื่องการทำงานใน Excel ไปเลย จากเดิมที่ต้องเขียนสูตรซับซ้อนหรือใช้ VBA ตอนนี้แค่บอก AI ว่าอยากได้อะไรก็พอ
ที่ต้องระวังคือ COPILOT เป็น AI ที่อาจให้คำตอบไม่ตรงกันทุกครั้งที่คำนวณ (non-deterministic) และยังอยู่ในช่วง Beta ต้องมี Copilot subscription และเข้าร่วม Insider Program ถึงจะใช้ได้ครับ 😎
