Number.ToText จะแปลงค่าตัวเลขให้เป็น Text String โดยสามารถระบุ format เพื่อจัดรูปแบบการแสดงผลได้ (เช่น “N2” สำหรับทศนิยม 2 ตำแหน่ง หรือ “C” สำหรับสกุลเงิน) และระบุ culture ได้
